Sinar Brew is not a wellness trend. It is the result of three generations of vinegar making knowledge, a passion for tropical ingredients, and a genuine belief that the most powerful health tonics are the ones nature already knows how to make.
We are a family-owned company based in Nakhon Sawan, Thailand. Our flagship brew - Pineapple Cider Vinegar - is naturally fermented from pineapples farmed in the South of Thailand, unfiltered, unpasteurised, and alive with the Mother of Vinegar. It contains no added sugar, no preservatives, and no shortcuts.
Fermentation, Not Formulation.
We do not engineer health into our product. We let nature do the work. Slow, traditional fermentation unlocks the bioactive compounds, organic acids, and living cultures that make pineapple cider vinegar genuinely functional — and we preserve every last one of them by never filtering or pasteurising our vinegar.

Pineapple is one of the most nutritionally rich tropical fruits, naturally high in bromelain, vitamin C, and polyphenols. Through fermentation, these compounds are transformed and concentrated alongside beneficial organic acids into a vibrant, living tonic.
